This piece was found in 3 different pieces.
6 -8 years apart. It has been glued. It looks like hixton sugar quartz to me.
I’ve gotten many different opinions to its use.
I believe it’s what’s left of a large blade.

I would also say a large blade or knife. It looks really, really old.

That's cool you found all 3 parts. Only happened to me once while digging. I found a base to a Newnan and probably about a hour later I found the tip.

Thats just awesome 6 to 8 yrs. Just to remember that u found something and think didn't I find similar 6 yrs ago, maybe it will match up?
That thought process must have happened a lot and not worked out so to have it working twice on one piece is remarkable.
Thanks, been enjoying everyone's input in this forum.

Looks like there is still a small piece out there for you to find.

Impressive looking.

Huge artifact, cool that you found the pieces so far apart! What kind of glue did you use? I had a couple of broken manos that I glued together with JB Weld - Kwik Weld. They didn’t look so great, lol.

I use good old “elmers” glue.
It will hold forever and is easy to remove
With just water....✌️
