I purchased a frame two weekends ago at a local auction that had about 45 pieces in it.
I'm hoping to post them here, one by one, to get some help with age, location type, etc.

As I've mentioned before I'm less than a novice but intrigued by NA artifacts and hope some of these items are as nice as they appear to these tired wide eyed peepers.
I've only got time for one or two images at the moment and have to run to an appointment.

Thanks in advance for any insight and hope it doesn't disappoint.

Edit: Added numbers to the items for reference.

They are getting that chalky look Florida points can get. Try some mineral oil (on the points, don't drink it)sometimes the color will come back nicely.

I'm trying to space these out 2-3 days apart to keep from burning people out on ID's and help. And I'll try to keep up on which have been successful or still need help with.

Awesome frame and great pictures

Thanks Outlaws. Just my phone set on small boxes for stability and a "cloths pin style" clip on macro lens for the zoom-in closeups.

Thanks. LOL I'm not into those online challenges so I will keep it applied to the points. I did notice the side of #4 had a few areas of scrapes.
So #4 is from a different culture than #3, even though it might be the same material?

Anyone else have an ID on #4?

In trying to be somewhat proactive in Point ID, does anyone have input on the following reference site for IDs ? Projectile Points of Florida

Thanks again for any help.

Thanks again for any help.

Anyone have an opinion about the above site or any others they like so I can pick up on ID-ing better?
I don't mean to be such a question hog and will get back to posting more images soon for those that are interested. There is just such a wealth of knowledge by the members here and I get carried away like a 3 year old sometimes. :laughing7:

This one appears to be coral which is easier to see in the image of the tip. (Enlarge the 5th pic)
