Anyone knows that a geometrical cross of five stones is one half of a geometrical "Tree of Life" with it's ten points. Seven man can obtain and the other three are for God and the Angels.

Is the Kabbalist "Tree of Life" frequently associated with buried wealth? Not that I have ever heard. Why would Mr. Nolan have only placed half the stones if his goal was a Sehpirot?

Why did the brothers not disclose the appraised value of their ruby found. It seems that would make the show more than just a hoax. They have all these scientist and experts but never show any documented values of anything found. They said it was 500 years old, where are the reports. I have seen rubies that size worth from $13,000 to $162,000. So a dollar value would have confirmed that they had found some treasure. But it looked like a cheap imitation.

So your entrance from the swamp, does it go along with the maps and screens they were showing a couple seasons back when they were checking out the swamp? I don't remember who's theory they were looking into then.

The stone was not a Ruby it was a rhodolite garnet. A "semi" precious stone. Prob not worth much. They only show scientific evidence when it fits into whatever they are slinging on that particular show.
"Garnets were very popular with both the ancient Egyptians and the Romans" so this now shows that maybe Cesar or Khufu was vacationing at OI hiding all the valuables they didn't want anyone else to find.

With Season 5 Episode 18, I was shocked to see the Laginas using a “Fining Agent” to clarify the water in this enclosed Caisson.

The voice of frustration from the Diver trying to work in the residue of Goo at the bottom, and the look of bewilderment coming from the Crew said it all… Whose Bright Idea Was This?

Unfortunately…This idea may have been Mine... One that I suggested back in Season 3 to see what Borehole 10X contained in its Cavern, without having to send down a Diver.

Back in Season 3, I had suggested how a "Fining Agent" may work to clarify the Cavern of BoreHole 10X.

I am Confused that with Marty having a Winery that he was not aware of what the effects of Fining would be.

I believe my "Theory" would work fine to clarify the water to view the surroundings in a Cavern like 10X, but the effects in the enclosed 60” Caisson of the DMT Shaft to view the bottom would be counter productive.

Finning would have the undesirable effect of increasing the Settlement of Goo at the bottom.

If the Lagina’s desire was to determine if it was Metal or Rock blocking the bottom, then all they really needed was to lower down one of many “Underwater Metal Detectors” to obtain the result.
