    digging florida

in november i made a trip to jaxsonville fla. met up with joanie and her no.1 son..her farm is located in a civil war camp site and is a very nice place to detect . we found $1.87 and about a half bucket of some really odd things. joanie said they are snougle flats.joanie and son got a lot of exercise using a shovel. they made the visit worthwhile. roy

Thanks for showing me how to treasure hunt Uncle Roy. If you get back this way, I bet we can find another thirteen cent to round up that buck eighty-seven we found. By the way, I just know there is something great hiding somewhere in my yard. Thanks for the fun.

well i plan on spending some time there but its going to have to cool off some before i go. one of the grounds keeper there said that there was a couple of old houses torn down near the east side of the ball fields and thought i would start there. suprdave
