There is a website that shows the origional layout of the towns as they were when founded. I have used it many times to research the river towns in our area. The only one I can access fully is Gibson County I suppose because that is where I reside. All of the states are listed as well as the counties and some cities. Click on survey history and the old town layout will show up as dashes. Pretty cool and very helpful when planning a hunt.
