    Possible Pennsylvania detecting spot........

I found this photo in an old scrapbook that I have. It's a photo of the S.S. Grand View Hotel. It doesn't exist today. However, when it first opened in 1932 it attracted 500,000 people on opening day. Here's the photo and here's the link for more info.www.agilitynut.com/eateries/13.html.Hope this is a good lead for someone.

The ship of the mountains was only a little more than a hour away from me.
It had been closed down for a number of years, but I'm almost positive that
it was destroyed by a suspicious fire at least 5 years ago.

I can confirm the "Ship Hotel" was burned by arsonists several years ago. Detecting around it would be real tough! It was built on the side of the mountian, and the only flat areas are paved. Detecting the side of the mountian doesn't sound like fun to me!

My home is only about 10 miles from there, next time I go by there I'll shoot a few pictures and post them.
