    may be the Pennsylvania volunteer unit know as the Broad-heads

    it says most of there encampments were in the Bellfonte area.

    N.G.P. Encampment Somerset PA, N.G.P. stood for National Guard Pennsylvania, of course associated with the G.A.R.
