any pics of any of those dancers with most their teeth :laughing9:

back in the mid 90's while working with a construction company we built a bunch of single family houses off bridge street in spring city (just off 724 by the bend in the rd where the farm with the concrete lookin milk bottle is) anyway its on Kathryn Ln and while behind a house we were building i was roamin in the patch of woods and found a small burial site with about 10 headstones.......pennhurst property is directly behind Kathryn Ln so i'm assuming its some sort of burial site from the hospital...........rumor was the burial site was there due to a plague of some sort and thats why it was small in size

Wow, I wonder if it's built on now.. Yikes. People use to dump their kids n family members there. Awful things happened in that place. Kids were left in cribs all day long till their muscles atrophied n they became disfigured ... Would t be surprised if it was graves for patients that died n were never claimed

I like your sense of humor Holly! I might just have to post a picture of my lamps in the living room! If you care to see one (two of the same lamps). I caution you though, it is toilet humor! :laughing7:

i'd think the grave stones are still there, they were about 50 yrds behind the last house on the dead end of the street (Kathryn LN) and i would guess that area was pennhurst's property, the headstones looked like very early 1900's but i never really checked out the dates on them

Got the heebie jeebies looking at this until Holly said "farts" and then it was all over.:laughing7: Seriously, those pictures remind me of the Kilmainham prison in Dublin,Ireland a very dark dismal place, a living hell really.it was so dark in there because the prisoners were told they didn't deserve to see God's light.

On a more serious note. How sad and awful that was to say they didnt deserve to see God's light... Makes my stomach drop
