I didn't see anything about the ACLU in the article. I was wanting to see who's side they were on. I know everyone "thinks" that it is disrespectful to fly it upside down, but I acually feel like right now every flag in the nation should be flying upside down !
It is a sign of distress on the nation. I believe that we are in a state of distress right now.
