    I think this request by the President is a good way to judge the overall mood of the people from their own mouths instead of the bias
    reporting and comments by the popular talk show hosts. The media does not represent the people, the Government does.

    WOW! You have to be kidding me. Asking Americans to "report" fishy speech is a "good way of judging the overall mood of the people"?

    I do agree with one of your points. "THE MEDIA DOES NOT REPRESENT THE PEOPLE!" I can't wait to see the day when the government returns to "representing" the people.

    The Gov. was elected on a platform of badly needed change which it is slowly unfolding and implementing.
