    This is needed to protect the free world. Since the Constitution was formed times have changed.
    If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to fear from cookie tagging.

    If we knew in advance who had ordered a ton of Ammonium Nitrate or was interested in serious
    bomb manufacture then events that have unfolded may not have happened.
