I believe this will be the next "back room" deal, most likely before the spring in order for voter buying (oops, meant voter registration). The lefts knows they are going to be flushed out of office in November. They have nothing to lose.

I am reminded of the movie "Gangs of New York" in which a man from Tamminy Hall rushes and in and says "....we are out of ballots!"
Then the Leader of Tamminy Hall says "....the hell with the ballots, just keep counting"!
