Just curious, has anyone tried and/or had any success with the SP Surf PI kits being sold out of England? I'm seeing a lot of discussion about it on a couple of electronics sites, with comparison to a Tesoro Sand Shark, but claims it will outdo the Tesoro in actual use.
Two kits run about $40 shipped for the electronics parts, and there are assembly instructions as well as links for the case and power supply, and instructions on how to build a low cost coil and handle assembly.
Just thinking this might be fun to play around with, and wonder if anyone on here has tried building one before.
