Ahoy!

Does anyone know the present location of the famous "Thompson-Lightbourn" 70 lbs. silver bar once on display in Nassau? Found off Gorda Cay in the 1950's, for many years it was open to public view at The Development Board.

I understand The Development Board is no longer in business. Where is the ingot today?

This is from (I believe) 1954 - tells the story of the find and the history of the bar:

Thank you!

Good luck to all,

Ahoy!

Again - thank you very much! I didn't think a 70# bar could be so well hidden...

Good luck to all,
