SC Any one wanna take me out,

Hello. I love gold panning and am going to Mertle Beach June 4th thru the 11th. Never been to SC or anywhere where there is real gold and am excited to go. Was wondering if anyone would take me out panning I have all my own equipment. If no one can take me does anyone know of a place near mertle beach where I can go maybe a pay to dig site or something. Thanks

Hi Treasure,
I'm in South Dakota so I can't take you out in SC, but I can tell you that all the gold areas are in the North, Northwest and Western part of the state.
