    an old metal pan

    I recently aquired an old metal gold pan with no ridges, and no lip, just smooth sides and bottom, do you think
    it has any monitary value to it.

    Paint a picture in the bottom and hang it up as artwork or pan with it,then it has use-John

    Could you post a pic?The 1850's gold pans are nothing like the stereotypical gold pan,and if so,I may be interested

    My girlfriend picked up a beautifully painted old metal pan...valued at well over a hundred bucks. I'm not sure what year it's from though, sorry bub. James
