From all the replies I'd say no. Panning is a sampling method to learn if 'color', gold, exists. Get a pan and go sample the river in question yourself but first learn how to use the pan. Lots of how to pan videos on you tube. Good Luck....................63bkpkr

Ty 63bkpkr, Been panning small lead shot and hammered some itty bitty lead flakes.Think'n bout buy'n some paydirt...by all accounts gold in WV is scarse at best. HH
