Just pop rivets?

Yes I just use some aluminum pop rivets with backing washers. Also as can be seen on the Prospector, I made provisions for adjustable legs. They pivot ob pop rivets and lock in with those thumb screws. I don't normally use the legs but the little angle pieces help in keeping the sluice from moving with the current.

I pan in the cold. Like below zero cold. Here are some tricks. Use neoprene gloves, and a good but pad, keep a fire or three going, coffee, Stay dry, just work the cut banks. Snuffers won't work so just dump the cons into a metal pan as you work. Carefully defrost it on the fire when its full or just pack it home as frozen assets. Eat plenty of food. Wear bunny boots. Pay attention to your body. Have fun, you will have the place to yourself.
