Need some advice - 1990 $50 star
I recently found an AU 1990 $50 star note with ink bleed through. The serial is B06242312*
What is your opinion in regards to value? I am trying to decide whether it is worth tying up $50 to sell it or not.
I realize a picture would be very helpful, but the bill is not in my immediate possession.
I just stumbled across this forum, very excited to be a member. I work at a bank and love finding odd serials, stars, old notes, etc.. So far I have found a 2006 $20 star, serial IG00063567* in AU+, several 2006 $1 stars, and several $1 "fancy serials", L87087080L, C88088080B, L08766666C. I have also found quite a few 90% and 40% silver coins.
Thanks in advance
John
