2004 $20 star note

My brother has a 2004 $20 star note that's probably somewhere around fine or very fine grade (I have no expereince in grading, I just read a little article about it). I don't know the series, but can anyone give a ballpark figure about what it's worth? On ebay I saw a lot of 2004 $20 star notes for $32 and $50, but I think those are probably uncirculated.

i really couldnt tell u w/o knowing the serial #, and the series...but go to www.mycurrencycollection.com, and do the star note look up thingy, to look it up when u find out the serial # and series...hope this helps, good luck!

thanks.. when my brother gets home I'll look it up. I was looking at the chart that shows how many were made, and some series there were only 320,000 made. I don't really know what a 'low' production number would be so I can't tell if it is rare or not.

i usually go by anything under 3,000,000 is low, but some would go by anything 320,000 and lower is consodered low, it depnds on ur opinion, but definately keep it if it is 320,000. hope this helps.
