Back when old George W. was govenor of Texas,I bought a $1 bill with his face on it,I'm still trying to get my money back.

Someone over-stamped a two dollar bill. That did not come from the BEP like that. Still worth $2, maybe more to a collector of curiosities.

There is a company that does these for each state and charges about $12 a piece if I remember correctly. I have Colorado, New York and DC cause they only cost $12 for all 3

Hey, We just need to print 14 of those to pay off our national debt. We can just print a few of those and hand deliver them to China and everything is all good. Social security & Medicare would be all be fine.
