For most small size notes it is not worth paying to get it graded unless it is uncirculated. In uncirculated condition slight variation can mean hundreds of dollars in value. This note appears to be VF/XF. It would cost you approx. $35.00 to get it graded. Having a note graded does not add value it only helps if you intend to sell the note so there is no dispute about the grade between the seller and buyer.
