That's an old Greek currency no longer in circulation. Greece converted to the Euro, and the time window for turning in the old currency has long expired. So for the average person, bank, or currency trader the apaxmai is worth zero.

Depending on which signature of the bank president, Zolotas, or Galanis, makes a significant difference in value.
It has a listed value of $8 VG, $15 VF $45 UNC for Zolotas. (1-7-1966)
$0.75 VG, $1 VF $3 UNC for Galanis. (1-10-1967)
