$2 Bills 2003a Cabral-Snow low serial #? I00011101B

I'm more of a coin guy but one of my teller friends snagged $490 woth of $2 bills minty fresh they are all in cosecutive order begginning with serial #I00011101B 2003a Cabral-Snow

My Question is, Does the low serial number make these worth more than a higher series. They are like new and smell fresh

congrats!!! awesome find!!! pick out ALL the bills with different combinations of 0's and 1's (for example the 1st bill in the stack, they are called a binary, because they are just different variations of 2 different numbers), and surprisingly, these are pretty damned rare! also, if you want to, throw them on ebay, and you MIGHT get a small premium because they are new, and because of the semi-low number. but if it was me, id pick out the binaries, and spend the rest. hope this helps! keep it up and hh!

That's what is called a 'true binary' serial number (with only 0s and 1s) but I have to say...that particular note does not exist. It is most likely a 2003 note with Marin-Snow signatures. Or it could be a 2003A but it would have to end with an 'A' not a 'B'.

Depending on condition it would probably sell for $20-$40 dollars or more if you can find the right buyer.

That is to say, EACH of the notes that are 0s and 1s only should sell for that amount, such as I00011101, I00011110, I00011111.
