What is this sequence called?

My wife actually found this the other day. I know people are into this sort of thing but I know very little about them. What is this sequence called? Does it bring any premium? The serial number starts off in order as 7654 and flips around and goes back up in order 4567. Thanks in advanced for any info and replies! HH, SE

Right you are sir! I used your comment and looked it up. A ladder radar note it is called, although I didn't find out much more than that on them. Most of the so called ladder radar's on ebay arent even really ladder radars! Maybe I will post it on ebay and see what it brings. Thanks! HH, SE
