    Re: My Confederate $20.00

Nice bill there Bob! Do you have any other Confederate notes?

I have been thinning out all of my paper collection as of late, and I sold all my CSA notes. I had a Confederate $20 "Mechanics Bank" note. I was in pretty rough shape. I also had a $10 and a $5 that were in really nice CU condition and two fractional notes of .50 & .25 cents dedicated to the "Great Locomotive Chase". All of mine were from Georgia, my home state.

Anyway, all of my foreign notes are being cleaned out as well. I am now only collecting "modern sized" (post 1928) US notes, MPC's, Allied Military Currency from WWII, and ANA souvenir cards.

Well, maybe I'm not "thinning" that much after all.....

Are you a collector of paper currencies as well?

    LMAO
