At one time the BEP decided to experiment on how they printed currency. Instead of printing sheets of bills, they printed them on a roll. Like paper towels. It turned out to be too expensive. A WEB note on the back has the plate number moved from the lower right corner to the upper right corner. On the front there is a single plate number on the right, and the plate position number on the left was removed. WEB notes were printed for 1988A,1993, & 1995 along with regular notes.
