Picked up the below note from a teller over the past weekend. It seems like average circulated specimens sell for between $120-$130 but I have a couple questions if anyone can answer. How much does the stamp on the reverse and tape detract from the value, and how much (if any) does the lower serial number add to the value? Thanks for checking it out!

The price you receive may have more weight in the manner of your narration (pitch)and the presentation you make (including the history of US Notes).
