i looked on ebay for the completed auctions and the cheapest i saw them going for was $30. most were $100+ though, i would hold on to it.

Redeemable for "gold or lawful money." Amazing. Really makes my head spin. Times sure have changed.

I got a 100 Dollar Bill From that year That has the same sayings on it.
Its Still Crisp.
It Was in a pill bottle for the past 60 years ;D

I found the same thing - a nice crisp $100.00 bill from 1928 series just yesterday. Was looking up values in the web and they can't command a lot of money. Probably need to get it graded for starters.
