    AH!
    Lookie what I just bought!
    A 1923 "Horse Blanket!"
I paid less than they were asking for....
It is "Ungraded" yet the grade would prove to be on the higher end, don't you think?

Perhaps they needed money for a car repair....

    I LOVE my hobby!

    Best,

AU24K: I assume that these are rarities only because of NO SERIAL # on the bills, correct. Great find. I wonder how these slipped out of the bureau of printing & engraving?

    That is correct.
I offered $700 for the lot but was turned down.

The second printing of the serial numbers and Treasury seal, a bright green, and the Federal Reserve District, 3rd printing, Atlanta, black,
#6 of the 12, was inadvertently printed on the back.

I have been employed in the past as a printer and understand how many issues of printing occurs.
I have ran and maintained presses older than me, if you can believe that.
    LOL!

    The lot brought over $2000.

I would have bid up tp $1500, but beyond that, I couldn't have made enough for the time involved and the amount of money tied up.

    Best,

    Scott

    Thanks, my Friend.

I save all star notes that I find.
Some are valuable due to low print runs.

    Just bought 4 $50 notes.
    1950 series.

Friends, I'm making a dollar-two-ninety-eight on my nickels spent!

Did you ever wish that you would have bought or saved coins or currency back when it was issued?
Well, NOW is the time to start saving and buying! Today's coins and currency is tomorrow's TREASURE!
