$1 Hand-Signed

My family bought a house in 1960, and my sister found a Series 1935B $1 silver certificate in the back yard. What was unusual about it was that it had NO printed signature for Secretary of the Treasury, but WAS signed by "Fred M. Vinson" with a blue-ink fountain pen. She did have the signature authenticated years ago. Have any of you come across such a specimen? My sister still has the bill; is she sitting on a gold mine?

Never heard of a HAND SIGNED bill, could be very interesting. Was F M Vinson the true Sec of Tres at the time?
