Ive been thinking about hitting the church area, Fort Franklin is also in that area, near the church but to the south. I went out for just a little today, theres a site in Berks co. I have hunted arrowheads at and found a 1860 something indian at, so I drove all the way down there today and guess what, it still has soy in it >:(, The guy who farms it is a really great guy, but a ball of fire he is not.

I bet that grove would make a heck of a place, I have been there to watch a baseball game before, so who want to bundle up saturday and go?

And looking at the map, school No. 9 should be in the center of this picture at the intersection? http://maps.yahoo.com/broadband#mvt=h&lat=40.728847&lon=-75.879727&zoom=18

This would be the Next Township East of Hawk Mountain.

Would depend on How near you are Talking.

This one is very close to 309

Some more Pics

& Some History here

yeah thats definatly the place then.......used to go there in my late teens with friends.....alot of urban legends revolve around hawk mtn and that cemetary next to the church......they say some dude who murdered people at that one bed and breakfast is buried there, yada yada....we used to drink up there and it was creepy.....good old times

anywho....that church is off the one road, pretty much in the middle of nowhere.....not much by there.....cant believe how old it is.........thanx for the info, and memories.....once again haha
