Visiting Harrisburg area in April

Hello there,

I will be in Harrisburg from April 8th thru the 11th on a business trip. I might extend my visit to do some digging but I'm unfamiliar with MDing in PA. Can anyone suggest an area within a one hour drive of the city? Any groups I might join up with for a day or two? You pick the place - I'll buy the beer. Any info is much appreciated. Please let me know.
