PHILLIPSBURG, N.Y., Aug. 21.--While Charles Taylor was digging near his homestead in Bansalem Township, Bucks County, yesterday, his spade struck what seemed to be a heavy plank. After much difficulty he hauled out an old and heavy oak chest partly decayed.
