WASHINGTON, Penn., April 16.--Miss Delilah Mitchell, of Ten Mile, 27 years of age, committed suicide this morning by hanging herself in a cave near the house by fastening one end of a bridle rein about her neck and the other to the roof of the cave. No cause is assigned for the act.
