The Straban Township supervisors are considering using their power of eminent domain to allow for road improvements necessary to build the Gettysburg Crossing shopping center.

It sounds like the ground has not yet been broken for this shopping center. I may have to try detecting this area before anything is disturbed.

the Possability of eminent domain
Nearby may have a Property owner or two
intrested in seeing what's there first also.

Add to that you finding something of "Historical"
significance may be to their benifit,
if They do not want to give up their land
