LOL, I think I know who your talking about. I used to deliver the heating oil to the homes back there. From what I was told, and from the name on the delivery tickets, all of those houses are/were owned by a property managment company as rental units. I do know someone who has a family member that recently moved out of there due to purchasing a new home. The lady I believe you are talking about used to flip out every time I pulled up in front of her place to fill the tank. The PTO on my truck was pretty loud and they were usually one of my first stops early in the morning. Miserable woman for sure.
