I googled "Berwick foundry" and they made a lot of rail cars there, and made tanks in WW2. You can get the whole history on the Berwick historical site. The place grew into a huge plant and I doubt there would be anything left from the original foundry, pics look like a huge fairly modern factory complex covering many acres.
