yea I just told my Nephew that.
sign says house needs some repairs.
hopefully it needs enough that it will be out of service as a home
while it is being worked on.

this one may be worth the offer of a Yard rental fee as a last ditch effort

Odds are if the Underground Railroad stop is True, they were not hanging out in the yard.
