I explored this area.....there doesn't seem to be many places to actually detect.....the ball field covers most of it, and newer houses that were built in area........only spot is a little wooded area above the outfield, and there is a house nearby

a Couple of us Did the Grassy Knoll along the JFK Pool Parking lot , But don't remember much Finds.
which is odd Since JFK was supposedly there in '60 I would have figured all the stalkers of the famous would have
followed him from Garfield Square.

Haha I remember that pic from a book I have.......I am surprised you didn't find anything, that whole area has history.......I was gonna detect around railway and Providence place, but I didn't have the time.....was gonna try that wooded area above railway and try along edge of PP above bike path......I think a railroad ran down there, and remember someone telling me something about where PP is, can't remember though.....but that's why I wanted to check it out
