Can't find a Mill pond on Germantown Road.....
This place has to be heavily built up now.
However, Im 30 from Philly and will go check it out when I can find it :)

just remember it says about 2 mile from the city. but it's dated 1798
Which could be as close as Glenwood or Route 1.
Would be nice if it's a park Now.
But you may need a Local Hysterical Society or Library
to find Master's (or Matters) Place near the Mill pond.
I'm fairly Certain it's " Master's " using their Type set for s looking like a f at times.
