OMG! Yea, it probably was! What in the heck? We don't see that kind of thing anymore. CREEPY! I would love to know more about how and precisely where it was found.

if I had to guess, it was probably found in slate inside
one of the anthracite Mines (Fossil) but only a guess

if it was an ancient sea serpent that would be awesome
