Jeff I didn't pick up your message until a few minutes ago. I had an appointment this morning anyway and wouldn't have been able to change it. I wish I could have been there. How did you make out?

just got back a short While ago.

Wasn't a real good day anyhow.

Very Hot, all I got was some clad.
best find a Presidential Dollar

Eye Doctor wasn't any Better.
Found out I got a small cataract,
am on a list to be watched for Glaucoma,
need new Glasses, & they dialated my Eyes.
Now all white Screens Flash in front of my Eyes
Can't believe I made it home Driving into the sun
without sunglasses :P

well they do say the magic herb helps glaucoma, and if'n I remember correctly there is that in Pennsy. Good luck with your eyes, treat them like their the only ones you get. Hey, a presidential dollar isn't that bad either.

Well Jeff, at least you got out. And the dollar coin makes up for the clad. Sure wish I could have been there.
I don't know how old you are but I was just told at my age (pushing 70) that small cataracts are pretty normal. Actually they said most folks start to develop them at 50.

yea that's pretty much what he told me.
At this point they just need to watch it & I should wear sunglasses
outside. only thing I don't wear sunglasses.
but since I need new glasses maybe i'll see about a pair
with dark lenses. I'm 53 in about 2 Weeks

& at least the Screen Flashing has gone away

I hate the Front of these coins.
I thought it was Washington till Now

I agree the coins aren't very impressive looking.
I usually do wear sun glasses outside now. During daylight hours of course. I'm not cool enough to wear them after dark.
I had the same experience that you went through after having my eyes examined. Thought I had sunglasses in the car and drove home with my hand shielding my eyes. Thought I was going to have to stop & wait for darkness!

as I was driving out the lot my eyes were squinting & watering like mad.
In the middle of the city, i'm trying to be sure I see the cars coming
as i stop at stop signs. get every Red light & Am thinking to Myself
If I get pulled over, they'll be sure i'm on something :P
& I don't even think Dialated Eyes would have been a way out of a fine for
Driving Impaired.

Jeff, have you looked into/asked your doctor about Bilberry. It is supposed to shrink/stop cataracts. Hope it helps.

as he said at this point he just wants to keep watching it
and to come back in a Year. Unless my Sight gets worse,
I am hopeing it improves or just plain Stops as a Small
one.

I have a Strange System.

about 6-7 years ago I took a Glaucoma Test and it came up Posative.
Made me come out & do the test again, it came up negative.
every year since it was undetermined.
stopped going for 2 years and now that I went back
tested me again and said looks good but am on a list
to be watched because they found it the first time.

asked if it could have been a False posative.
(I didn't study for the test :P )
They said No, It definately was there.

and No I didn't use the Homegrown Cure.

In the past I have come up posative for Liver desease.
next time tested Nothing. Miraculously
Cured ? sorry don't believe in miracles.

but wouldn't be surprised if the cataract goes away on it's own.

Must be that age Jeff.....I keep going back for tests...one time pos, next time neg. Really losing faith in the system. No eye problems for me but i do know that bad/good liver thing and a couple others I keep going to get checked. I'll be 53 this year also...magic number 50 only gets better...hahaha.

Just live life good while we got it. Hope to meet you on the 22nd.
