Don't get caught. Its P. Property and patrolled pretty good.

Serious crack down on Frick's Lock and Pennhurst by the police. The local paper (Pottstown Mercury) has had a few articles on the arrests. The neighbors will call on you since they are sick of the kids vandalizing it. Would be great but not without permission. It is PECO property.

yeah from what im reading the authorities are really starting to crack down on trespassers because of a lot of vandalism over the past 2 years. I wonder if getting permission would be possible. Given that its owned by Peco, and if their customer service is an indication, its not likely lol.

They just put up a new sign near the gate that closes the road to Frick's Lock...
