This is a 2000 LMC about 30% off center MS64-65 It's quiet real .It's happens when the Planchet does not enter the coinage press properly were as a broadstike happens when the retaining collar does not fully engage allowing the planchet to expand outward.it's possible to have a centered or uncentered broadstrike but all of the devices will be present.

The second coin is a "Mad" Misaligned die The striking die "obverse" in this case was not aligned with the anvil or reverse die hence Misaligned
