For those of you who want to get into processing your own
images, Adobe Lightroom is the one I've found to be the
easiest, most efficient program to learn and use.
They just released a new version today:
Adobe Releases Lightroom CC: Introduces HDR & Panoramic Merge, Facial Recognition ? Techgage
Unfortunately I can't run the newer versions of Lightroom
because they only operate on the newer operating systems,
and don't work with my XP Home (which I ain't giving up).
I run V 3.6, and it honestly does 95% of everything I do
when processing/reprocessing images. Photoshop Elements
10 does the other 5%.
FWIW, I have no affiliation whatsoever with Adobe..I just
like the program.
