My eye doc told me I have cataracts in both eyes. Sounds scary. Not to worry he said.

I had one eye done. At first I thought the colors were washed out and there were halos
around lights. After a week colors became the best I had seen. Halos gone.
I thought at first my other eye was seeing correct but now I realize it was
like having a slight yellow filter over my eye causing not to see pure white, greens
were cast dark, and blues were shifted and everything was out of focus.

I will have to review my prints to see if I have been printing off color ("
Painless and the actual procedure probably took 5 min.
I have focused vision again. I can read street signs. I'm young again!!
Next eye in a couple weeks.

I had cataracts in both eyes and the surgery about 7 years ago, one eye one week, the other the following week. After first eye was done I could compare the difference between with and with out cataracts and the difference was amazing, it was like the difference between night and day.

Bright red, dirty red, bright green, dull green didnt realize how much color I was missing.
