Hello everyone!
I just joined this forum and I'm hoping someone can tell me the maker of this vase! I recently purchased a portable building that was being used to sell "Antique" like items. I am trying to sort out what might have some value. I am at a loss on this vase and I'm hoping someone here can enlighten me! My guess is it's not worth anything. However, I don't just want to get rid of it without confirmation.
All I can make out from the stamp is "37" and possibly a "4T" and a "4_1A". Here is a pic of the vase and the bottom. vase1.jpg vase2.jpg

Hello... I just discovered this area this morning. I dug this old pitcher up from the bottom of a privy pit in Southwest MI. many years ago along with about 400 bottles, guns and doll heads. Anybody know how old it is? I realize it being broke destroyed any value but I'd still like to know about what time period. Thanks' for any info folks.

If you flip the photo shown 180 degress you will see the stamp says "made in China" below the number. Hard to read but that's what it says.

diggummup, that's what my husband and I thought at first too. But at a closer look it does not say "China". Thanks for your input though!

I learned at an early age never to argue with a woman :laughing7:, so I'll just say we can amicably disagree. I'll stick with my initial assessment on this one, be it crudely stamped as it is.
