Hope you see this. I believe what you have yourself there is a teapot made from a company called Pearl China Company.

Where it says Pearl China there I belive to be an indicator of the company- the mark I could not find either. I looked through makers pottery marks and Pearl China Company makers marks in google image search, as well as I looked for information in google text.

I believe very much Pearl China Company is the company after finding very similar teapots on an ebay search:
