1983 commerative silver proof

I bought a 1983 commerative silver proof Olympic $1 coin for $7.50 last week. Did I just break even on silver value? I based it on the same silver content a a Peace dollar. It was at a yard sale so I tried to set the price and she accepted.

Any one have any idea on resale value? (ebay is all over the place)

Is it 90% silver or is it bullion. You mention it is a $1 coin... same dimensions and content as a peace type dollar, or perhaps as a canadian $1? This is why I ask for a link.
